Jade is an experienced senior executive bringing extensive skills in relation to governance, strategy, risk and compliance, with over two decades of experience in the mental health sector. With a focus on change management, Jade is experienced in using data insights and ICT developments to create efficiencies in workplaces, leading to productive and effective organisations.
In addition, Jade has a particular interest in organisational culture and to that end, she leads roundtable discussions for Registrars and Executive Officers of mental health tribunals throughout Australia. She was also selected to be a member of a panel at the Australasian Tribunals National Conference discussing how to build robust organisations.
Jade holds a Master’s degree in Health Law, is a member of the Australian Institute of Judicial Administration and the Australian Association of Psychiatry, Psychology and the Law and is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Having witnessed the changes in disability and health service provision over her working career, Jade is enthusiastic about continuing to improve services in these spaces to ensure that all people in the community are achieving their maximum potential and living their best life.
