With over twenty years Finance experience, Mark is a senior leader with a diverse skill set. As a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Mark has a variety of Board and Committee experience with expertise in governance, risk and compliance. He currently serves as Group Financial Controller for a globally recognized lithium hydroxide producer in Western Australia. With highly developed communication and facilitation skills, Mark drives strategy at the Board level. He is a practicing FCPA and holds an MBA, a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance in addition to a Graduate Diploma of Commercial Resources Law, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce.
