Sue Richardson is a Certified Practicing Accountant with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and Diploma of Business (Frontline Management). Sue has extensive accounting experience across a range of sectors including health and disability, hospitality, heavy vehicles, and education. Sue joined YBLDHS in mid-2016 and has played a key role in developing the company to meet the business requirements of the NDIS.
Sue provides executive leadership in strategic financial planning and reporting as well as associated corporate functions. Sue works closely with the Board, CEO and Executive Leadership Team to achieve the Board’s vision of an NDIS-ready organisation through diversification and growth. As CFO, Sue leads, monitors, and reports on financial management and performance of YBLDHS and the individual P&L performance of its four businesses (CATTS, LevelUp Independent Living, Mindcare MHS, and YCPM).
