Emma is an experienced strategic executive leader across the for-profit and for-purpose sectors. Emma is deeply passionate about her local community and helping others achieve their full potential while ‘being kind to their mind’. Her values-based leadership has been integral to transformational change processes, most recently in implementing the NDIS in the disability sector.
Emma’s professional practice in community services is based on developing organisational capabilities and business-to-business connections. She is committed to building strong, accessible, and inclusive communities for people to live their best possible lives. Continuous learning and being purposeful are important factors for Emma. She believes that we never stop learning and need to take the time to be mindful about our actions and intent. This has taken Emma along a path of formal and informal learning, including various qualifications in psychology, management, disability, mental health, and leadership.
